我叫肉丸七。我住在肉丸宮，和一群朋友一起生活。有大粉兔、小粉兔，有小小的Boo，還有幾個你以後會慢慢認識的傢伙。我們就這樣，住在一起，過日子。 我不是什麼特別的熊。有時候我會戴上墨鏡。不是因為很酷，是因為那天需要一層東西擋在我和這個世界之間。但不是每天都這樣，有些日子，我就這樣走出去了。 我開始寫日記。把每天看見的、感覺到的、還沒想清楚的，慢慢寫下來。這裡就是我記錄的地方。歡迎你坐下來，一起慢慢看。

My name is Seven. I live in Bearball Castle, together with a bunch of friends — Big Pink Rabbit, Little Pink Rabbit, tiny Boo Bear, and a few others you'll get to know gradually. We share a space, share some days, and get by together. I'm not a particularly special bear. Sometimes I wear sunglasses. Not because I'm cool — but because some days I need something between me and the world. A little distance. A little shield. But not every day. Some days I just walk out without them. I started keeping a journal. Writing down the things I notice, the things I feel, the things I haven't quite sorted out yet. This is where I do that. Pull up a chair. Stay a while.
